SSSS.DYNAZENON - S01

One afternoon after school, high school freshman Yomogi Asanaka finds a starving man under a bridge. The drifter, named Gauma, reveals he’s a "kaiju user"-someone who handles the city-threatening monsters called "kaiju." The next night, Yomogi crosses paths with Gauma again, along with his classmate Yume Minami. At the same time, a kaiju emerges in a crowded part of the city. Gauma, still inexperienced at controlling kaiju, pulls a strange object from a glowing pouch, calling forth a giant robot named Dynazenon. The mecha requires four pilots, pulling Gauma, Yomogi, Minami, and Koyomi Yamanaka-a jobless man passing by-into its cockpit. This battle with the kaiju draws them into conflict with kaiju eugenicists-kaiju users who exploit the creatures for sinister purposes-and sets them on a path to unlock Dynazenon’s true power.
