KADO: The Right Answer
Kojiro Shindo is a skilled negotiator working for Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As his plane sits on the runway at Haneda Airport, ready for takeoff, a massive, mysterious cube suddenly appears in the sky. The object, called "Kado," rapidly expands and swallows the plane along with its 252 passengers. From inside Kado emerges an enigmatic being named Yaha-kui zaShunina, who seeks to communicate with humankind. Shindo, now trapped within Kado, finds himself acting as an intermediary between zaShunina and the outside world. In response, the Japanese government dispatches its own negotiator, Saraka Tsukai, to handle the unprecedented situation.
