In 2045 Tokyo, Hiroshi Ozora, a young engineer working for the advanced tech company ZIC, develops a super-suit that defies physics, granting him incredible power. His heroic actions soon earn him the nickname "Captain Tokyo," turning him into a celebrity. Meanwhile, the Dolls-a group of stylish but lethal teleporting androids-begin a bizarre crime wave under the command of the enigmatic Dr. Machinegal. Their first target is a vintage Formula 1 car from a ZIC-sponsored race queen contest, but their plan is thwarted by Moldiver. The contest’s winner turns out to be Mirai Ozora, Hiroshi’s younger sister-a college student and mall enthusiast. Convinced it’s her duty to unmask the mysterious hero, she starts investigating, only to stumble upon a revelation far stranger than she expected.
