Tsuritama - S01

Yuki Sanada has never felt like he belonged anywhere. Shy and uneasy around others, he drifts from place to place with his grandmother. When they arrive in the quiet coastal town of Enoshima, Yuki hopes this time will be different. But his chance for a normal school life is upended when Haru, another transfer student, barges into his world. Haru is loud, odd, and insists he’s an alien-and worse, he declares Yuki is his friend. Dragging Yuki and their skilled angler classmate, Natsuki Usami, into his bizarre scheme, Haru announces they must save the world from a hidden danger lurking beneath the waves. Reluctantly thrown together, the trio sets off on a strange, sometimes chaotic journey-one that just might help them find themselves along the way.
