Patlabor WXIII the Movie
Police detectives Kusumi and Hata are called in to investigate a rising number of Labor-related accidents around Tokyo Bay. Their investigation uncovers government cover-ups and a conspiracy involving a new biological weapon called "WXIII-Wasted Thirteen," which holds a tragic personal link to Hata. To stop the threat, they must work with the military and lure WXIII into a final confrontation with the Labors of Special Vehicle Division 2.
