Flower and Asura - S01
花は咲く、修羅の如く , Hanashura
Hana Haruyama has loved storytelling since she was little. One day, seeing a girl her age perform with captivating charm on TV, she decides to give it a try. She hones her skills by telling stories to the kids of Tonaki Island, who always cheer her on. But living in such a small place, Hana never thinks about what lies beyond her quiet life-she’s content with how things are. When she starts her first year at Sumomogaoka High School, Hana’s talent catches the eye of Mizuki Usurai, the broadcasting club president. Though Hana is nervous and unsure about stepping into the unknown, Mizuki persuades her to join the club, develop her gift, and maybe even aim for the highest stage-the NHK Broadcasting Competition nationals.
