The Great Passage
The creation of a new dictionary, "The Great Passage," moves forward. Mitsuya Majime, who previously worked in sales at the publishing company Genbu Shobo, is brought on by Kouhei Araki, a seasoned dictionary editor nearing retirement. The dictionary department has a reputation as the "money-eating insect" within the company, but Mitsuya's dedication and deep connection to words help him grow into a skilled editor. Though socially awkward, he finds himself partnered with Masashi Nishioka, who is far more outgoing and articulate.
