Space Runaway Ideon: Contact

In their endless quest for knowledge, humanity has uncovered three massive trucks and a colossal alien spaceship on the planet Solo-relics of a long-dead civilization. But their discovery is interrupted when the Buff Clan, a humanoid alien race, arrives. Karala Ajiba, daughter of the Buff Clan’s military leader, defies orders and lands on Solo. Determined to retrieve her, the Buff Clan attacks the Earth outpost, destroying it in the process. Facing annihilation, the humans Cosmo Yuuki, Kasha Imhof, and Bes Jordan take control of the trucks, which merge into the formidable giant robot, Ideon. As they resist their attackers, the surviving humans escape aboard the Solo Ship. Yet the Buff Clan continues its relentless pursuit, hunting both Ideon and the enigmatic power hidden within it.
