An ordinary bounty hunt turns into something far more dangerous when Faye, tracking a low-value target on Mars, sees an oil tanker explode without warning. The disaster sparks panic as a mysterious illness spreads through the smoke, killing dozens. Soon, a three-hundred-million-woolong bounty is posted for the person behind the attack. With both lives and a massive payday on the line, the Bebop crew splits up to investigate. Spike, Jet, Faye, Edward, and Ein follow separate trails across Alba City, only to uncover a conspiracy tied to a powerful pharmaceutical company. What started as a simple job quickly spirals into something much bigger-and deadlier-than they ever expected.
