Princess Tutu - S01

In a world that feels like a living fairy tale, Ahiru is an awkward but kind-hearted girl who doesn’t seem like much of a hero. But there’s more to her than meets the eye-she’s actually a duck transformed into a human by the enigmatic Drosselmeyer. With the help of her magical egg pendant, Ahiru can become Princess Tutu, a graceful ballerina whose dances soothe the pain in people’s hearts. Her mission is to gather the scattered pieces of her prince’s heart, which he once broke to imprison an ancient evil raven. As Ahiru navigates this destiny, the story becomes one of defiance against fate. The choices she and others make-their beliefs, emotions, and actions-will decide whether this fairy tale can truly end with a "happily ever after."
