【OSHI NO KO】 - S01

With producer Masaya Kaburagi's support, Aquamarine "Aqua" Hoshino and Kana Arima have secured the roles of Touki and Tsurugi in Lala Lai Theatrical Company's stage adaptation of the popular manga "Tokyo Blade." Their co-star, Aqua's girlfriend Akane Kurokawa, plays Princess Saya, Touki's fiancée. However, the manga's fans strongly favor Tsurugi as Touki's romantic partner, leading to Saya's diminishing role in the story-which makes it hard for Akane to connect with her character. Her challenges grow as the play's script diverges from the original manga, frustrating both her and "Tokyo Blade's" author, Abiko Samejima. Meanwhile, Aqua is less focused on the production itself and more on his own mission: getting closer to director Toshirou Kindaichi to uncover what he knows about Aqua's late mother, Ai.
