Mizuiro - S01

Brother Kenji and his younger sister Yuki live alone in their family home, their parents often away. Yuki secretly harbors feelings for Kenji. One night, a girl named Hiyori suddenly appears from Kenji’s closet-her body transparent, like a ghost. She was their childhood friend, and though they’re happy to reunite, Kenji and Yuki are confused by her strange arrival. As Kenji and Hiyori grow closer, Yuki’s feelings become unsettled, stirring up childhood pain. Years ago, Yuki had tried to give Hiyori Kenji’s light blue toy ring in exchange for Hiyori’s yoyo, but Hiyori fell ill and moved away before the promise could be kept. Now, Hiyori’s sudden reappearance seems tied to those unresolved memories. The story unfolds as a bittersweet tale of love between Kenji and the two girls, shaped by the past and the emotions they can’t escape.
