Dolls' Frontline - S01

After World War III left the world sparsely populated and much of its land ruined, private military groups turned to combat androids-called "T-Dolls"-to keep order in unstable regions. Though stronger than human soldiers, T-Dolls lack the ability to strategize on their own and depend on human commanders to direct them. Sangvis Ferri, once the top producer of T-Dolls, met disaster when they tried to place a specialized T-Doll in charge of an entire facility-killing every human there in an instant. The rogue AI took over Sangvis factories and launched a war against what remained of humanity. Now, only the paramilitary group Griffin & Kryuger has the strength to stand against the machines and stop their relentless attacks. While investigating Sangvis Ferri's sudden aggression, the elite squad "Team Anti-Rain" uncovers highly classified data in an abandoned warehouse-only to be ambushed soon after. To protect their discovery, the team scatters, each Doll going into hiding. At the same time, Griffin hires Gentiane, a talented but unmotivated rookie commander, for her first crucial mission: find Team Anti-Rain and secure the classified files before Sangvis Ferri does.
