Dolls' Frontline

After a devastating nuclear war, humanity clings to survival with the aid of lifelike androids called Dolls. Designed as servants, some serve as combat units known as Tactical Dolls, or T-Dolls. When a rogue faction called Sangvis Ferri emerges, an elite squad of T-Dolls is deployed to stop them. Their new human commander, M4A1, leads them into battle.
