Budva, on the Foam of the Sea - S03

On the rooftops of Shinjuku, Genichirou Izayoi battled Levih Rah, a man who traded his soul for demonic power, and was defeated. Ten years later, Shinjuku remains a ruined wasteland tainted by demonic energy, while the rest of Tokyo stays mostly unaffected. One day, Genichirou's son, Kyouya, sees news of Japan's popular prime minister being attacked by demonic forces. Though he doubts the Nempo powers he inherited from his father, Kyouya is the last hope to stop Levih Rah before his reach extends beyond Shinjuku. Joined by the prime minister's daughter, Sayaka Rama, Kyouya ventures into the cursed ruins of Shinjuku, determined to succeed where his father failed.
