Budva, on the Foam of the Sea - S01

On the rooftops of Shinjuku, Genichirou Izayoi battled Levih Rah, a man who traded his soul for demonic power-and lost. A decade later, Shinjuku is still a ruined wasteland tainted by dark energy, while the rest of Tokyo remains mostly unaffected. One day, Kyouya, Genichirou’s son, sees a news report about Japan’s beloved prime minister being attacked by demonic forces. Though he doubts his own abilities with the Nempo powers inherited from his father, Kyouya may be the only one who can stop Levih Rah from threatening the world. With the prime minister’s daughter, Sayaka Rama, by his side, he ventures into Shinjuku, hoping to succeed where his father failed.
