Takumi Harada is a naturally talented baseball pitcher. When he starts junior high, he moves to a mountain town because of his father’s job transfer. There, he meets a new classmate, Go Nagakura, a catcher who can handle even Takumi’s strongest pitches. The two join the school’s baseball team, forming a close friendship and growing as players-and as people-through their partnership on the field.
