A3! - S02

Veludo Way is a bustling street known for its lively performances and theater culture. When Izumi Tachibana receives an unexpected letter, she heads to the venue where her father once led the Mankai Company, a once-famous theater troupe. But she discovers the building is on the verge of being sold off to settle the group's overwhelming debts. In a desperate plea, Izumi convinces the debt collector to give them a final chance-but only if they meet three strict conditions: they must stage a successful debut show within a month, revive all four of the company's male sub-troupes, and repay the debt within a year. To make things harder, Izumi must take on the role of director herself. With the clock ticking, she hastily assembles the Spring Troupe, recruiting five inexperienced but determined actors: Sakuya Sakuma, a bright-eyed high schooler; Masumi Usui, a boy smitten with Izumi; Tsuzuru Minagi, a budding playwright; Itaru Chigasaki, a weary office worker; and Citron, a cheerful foreigner. Though none of them have much acting background, Izumi must train them fast-because their upcoming performance could decide whether Mankai Company rises again or fades away for good.
