A3! - S01

Veludo Way is a bustling street known for its live performances, drawing crowds eager to see professional actors in action. When Izumi Tachibana receives an odd letter, she heads to the theater where her father once led the Mankai Company, a once-famous troupe. But she soon discovers the building is set to be sold off to cover the group's massive debts. At the last moment, she talks the debt collector into giving them one final shot-under strict terms. They must stage a successful debut show within a month, revive all four male sub-troupes, and repay the debt in a year. To make things harder, Izumi has to take over as director. With the clock ticking, she scrambles to assemble the Spring Troupe: Sakuya Sakuma, a high schooler full of energy; Masumi Usui, a boy who's smitten with her; Tsuzuru Minagi, a budding playwright; Itaru Chigasaki, a laid-back office worker; and Citron, a cheerful foreigner. None of them have much acting experience, but Izumi has to whip them into shape for a performance that could save Mankai Company from fading away for good.
