Zipang - S01
ジパング
A Routine Mission Becomes a Fight to Preserve History. Commander Kadomatsu and his crew board Japan's advanced battlecruiser, the Mirai, for standard military drills, expecting to test its cutting-edge Aegis system. But instead, they are thrown back in time to June 4, 1942-the day of the pivotal Battle of Midway, where the Japanese fleet suffered a devastating defeat. When Kadomatsu impulsively saves Kusaka, a pilot whose Zero fighter is sinking, the Mirai's crew realizes they’ve already interfered with history. They vow to avoid further changes, but fate has other plans. A clash with a U.S. submarine-one that should never have happened-forces them into combat, sparking a series of events that could rewrite history itself.
