xxxHOLiC - S01

Kimihiro Watanuki’s life has always been unusual, but it gets even stranger in this sequel to "xxxHOLiC". Still burdened by his ability to see spirits, he continues working for Yuuko, the eccentric owner of a mysterious shop who promised to free him from his curse-but only after he’s put in enough labor to earn it. That’s how her shop works: every wish comes with a price, and the customer must pay it. Between scrubbing floors and running errands for the seemingly idle Yuuko and her companions, Watanuki also helps the shop’s otherworldly clients. Alongside his classmates-his crush Himawari Kunogi and his supposed rival Shizuka Doumeki-he navigates the strange misfortunes that plague Yuuko’s customers, as well as the eerie troubles that follow him and his friends. The shop sits between the living and the dead, and Watanuki’s life is anything but ordinary.
