Xam'd: Lost Memories - S01

Sentan Island is a quiet, isolated place in the Yuden Sea, untouched by the ongoing war between the Northern Government and the Southern Continent Free Zone. Akiyuki Takehara lives there with his mother, Fusa, while his father, the town doctor Ryuzo, remains apart-though the connection between them endures. One ordinary day, after delivering Fusa's homemade lunch to Ryuzo, Akiyuki heads to school. There, he and his friends Haru and Furuichi are caught in a sudden explosion. A strange light from the blast sears into Akiyuki's arm, leaving him in agony. Before he can make sense of it, the white-haired girl from his bus ride leads him toward an unknown power unlike anything he’s encountered before.
