Ushio and Tora - S01

Ushio always thought his father’s stories about their ancestor trapping a demon with the mythical Beast Spear were just wild fantasies-until he discovers the very same monster sealed in his basement. Knowing better than to mess with a trapped demon, Ushio tries to leave it alone. But when the creature’s dark energy starts attracting other demons to his town, he has no choice but to free Tora, the beast, to fight them off. Now Ushio must rely on the Beast Spear to keep Tora under control, but he’s not sure what’s more dangerous: the invading demons or the unpredictable monster he just unleashed. Can Ushio survive long enough to save his home, or will he end up as Tora’s next meal?
