Tokyo Ghoul - S01

Following the Tsukiyama Family Extermination Operation, the Commission of Counter Ghouls (CCG) has grown significantly stronger, relentlessly hunting down every remaining ghoul in Japan. Haise Sasaki, now withdrawn and distant after leaving Quinx Squad, throws himself into increasingly dangerous CCG missions without hesitation. Though his face shows little emotion, fragments of Ken Kaneki’s memories are returning, leaving Haise torn between identities. His detached demeanor has also begun to strain his relationships, leaving Quinx Squad struggling to recover from the loss of one of their own-without the guidance of their former leader. As Haise and Quinx Squad push forward with their CCG obligations, whether by choice or force, unsettling truths emerge. Haise becomes aware of a shadowy group operating behind the CCG’s facade, while whispers of corruption reach the ears of Quinx Squad, casting doubt on the organization they serve.
