Tokyo ESP - S01

Rinka Urushiba works a part-time waitress job to support her unemployed father, living an ordinary life in Tokyo-until the day she spots a flying penguin. Following it to the roof of a building, she discovers more bizarre sights, like floating goldfish, and meets Kyoutarou Azuma, a classmate who can see them too. When a goldfish passes through her and knocks her unconscious, Rinka awakens with an esper ability: the power to phase through solid objects. But her power comes with an odd side effect-her hair turns white whenever she uses it. Though hesitant, she decides to embrace this strange gift and becomes Tokyo’s new vigilante, known as the "White Girl." Together with Kyoutarou, who gained teleportation powers, she starts tackling the city’s problems while facing off against other espers with far darker motives.
