The World Ends with You: The Animation - S01

In the busy streets of Shibuya, a boy named Neku Sakuraba suddenly finds himself holding two black pins that let him read the thoughts of those around him. But these pins also reveal something darker-the "Noise," dangerous creatures that can wipe people out of existence. When Neku realizes he’s stuck in the city with no way out, he gets a cryptic message: complete a mission, or be erased. During an attack by the Noise, Neku crosses paths with a girl named Shiki Misaki, who asks him to team up with her. She tells him they’ve become "Players" in something called the "Reaper’s Game," a deadly seven-day challenge with new tasks each day. As Neku and Shiki fight to survive, they encounter other Players and the mysterious Reapers who oversee the game. Along the way, they face stronger Noise and slowly uncover the secrets hidden behind this twisted contest.
