The Kingdoms of Ruin - S01

Once blessed by divine magic, witches guided humanity’s progress, earning both reverence and dread. But now, with science rising to match their power, the balance has shifted. The powerful Redia Empire, bent on shaping its own fate and dominating the world, has declared all witches must die-an edict that could spell the end of magic itself. On the run from this purge, the renowned witch Chloe and her apprentice Adonis are hunted down by the Empire. After witnessing Chloe’s merciless execution, Adonis is consumed by grief and rage at humanity’s cruelty. Swearing vengeance, he resolves to wield the very magic they seek to erase-and use it to wipe out humankind.
