The Familiar of Zero - S02

After sacrificing himself in the war against Albion, Saito Hiraga is knighted and elevated to noble status-a change Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière struggles to accept. No longer just a powerful Void mage and her clueless familiar, she questions what their relationship has become. During a journey to a castle, Louise is attacked by a formidable mage named Sheffield. Fighting alone, she nearly loses until Saito arrives. The battle hints at the mysterious power of Void magic, leading Louise to suspect another Void user may exist. She also notices Saito's magical rune is fading, prompting them to seek out the elf who once revived him. As they work to restore the rune and uncover its secrets, their old roles as master and servant are tested, forcing them to redefine the bond that connects them.
