Taisho Baseball Girls

In 1925, the fourteenth year of the Taishō era, two fourteen-year-old high school girls, Koume and Akiko, are told by a baseball player that women belong in the home, not in school. Determined to prove him wrong, they decide to form their own baseball team. At the time, even running was seen as unladylike, and baseball was considered a boys' sport. As they search for teammates, convince their parents, and learn the game, they face countless challenges.
