Sword Art Online - S04
After Quinella-the pontifex of the Axiom Church-is defeated, peace remains elusive. When Kazuto "Kirito" Kirigaya connects to the real world, he learns that Rath's mega-float, the Ocean Turtle, was attacked. The raiders trigger a short-circuit, damaging Kirito's fluctlight and leaving him in a coma. Despite her banishment for an unresolved crime, Alice-distrusting the Axiom Church-takes the unconscious Kirito back to their home, Rulid Village. She settles nearby, living quietly, hoping for his recovery. But the fragile peace shatters when Alice discovers the Dark Territory has begun invading the Human Empire. Resuming her old identity as Alice Synthesis Thirty, she vows to stop the invasion, determined to safeguard the world Kirito and Eugeo fought so hard to protect.
