During a snowy midsummer, a sarcophagus emerges from a lake-an ancient relic of a long-lost civilization holding the remains of an Anunnaki, one of their most revered dead. Though S.O.N.G. hoped the discovery would bring answers, it instead marks the beginning of a new conflict. As monsters, gods, and curses close in around Hibiki and her friends, some of the threats they face are unsettlingly familiar. Wrestling with doubt, pain, and loss, the girls must find the strength to let courage bloom. But with humanity’s divisions feeding their loneliness, will they be overwhelmed in the end?
