Super Dragon Ball Heroes - S01

In May 2018, V-Jump announced a promotional anime for "Dragon Ball Heroes", a Japanese arcade and trading card game. The video game was later ported to Nintendo Switch for Western audiences, while the card game was released internationally as "Dragon Ball Super TCG", merging with the existing Japanese version of the same name. The anime is short and not intended for TV broadcast. It adapts the game's "Prison Planet Arc", as well as the manga-exclusive arcs "Big Bang Mission" and "Ultra God Mission", which were also fully detailed in the "Heroes" manga published in "Saikyou Jump"-though under two separate continuities. These manga arcs have never received an official English release. The first episode premiered on July 1, 2018, at Aeon Lake Town.
