Steins;Gate 0 - S01

Rintarou Okabe, the self-proclaimed mad scientist, is a shadow of his former self. Haunted by his failure to save his friend Makise Kurisu, he has abandoned his eccentric persona and now lives as a regular college student. His friends remain unaware of his time-traveling past, leaving him to quietly endure the weight of his memories alone. While working as a receptionist at a university tech forum, Okabe meets Maho Hiyajo, a spirited young woman who later serves as the interpreter for a presentation by Professor Alexis Leskinen. During the event, Alexis and Maho reveal Amadeus-a groundbreaking AI that can store a person’s memories and recreate their personality in a lifelike simulation. After the presentation, Okabe learns that Maho and Alexis were Kurisu’s colleagues and that they’ve used Amadeus to simulate her. When Alexis hires Okabe to study the AI’s behavior, he’s given the chance to reconnect with a ghost from his past. But as he grows closer to this digital echo of Kurisu, Okabe must confront painful truths and tread carefully to avoid unraveling time itself.
