Steam Detectives

The streets are always covered in thick white mist. Steam drifts up from every corner, hiding the roads and buildings from view. Since coal is the only fuel they have, the city has built incredibly advanced steam-powered machinery. But criminals use the fog as cover, committing endless crimes that leave the police helpless. At night, the mist blends with the darkness, casting a shadow of fear over everyone. People have come to call this place "Steam City" - a place forever lost in the haze.
