Hiyori is anxious about meeting her new stepfather, so she retreats to the ocean-the one place she’s always felt at ease. There, she meets a cheerful girl named Koharu and decides to teach her how to fish, just as her late father once taught her. But when Koharu mentions she’s also meeting her new family that evening, the two girls make a shocking discovery. Their bond is suddenly much deeper than either of them expected.
