Sengoku Youko - S01

Shinsuke Hyoudou, a young man training to become a samurai, has his life upended when he sees Jinka Yamato, a reclusive warrior, and Tama Youko, a fox-like katawara, swiftly wipe out a bandit hideout. Tama possesses magical abilities, which she can temporarily share with Jinka through a unique ritual. The two roam the land as vigilantes, hunting down evil-whether it comes from katawara or humans. As Shinsuke delves deeper into their world, he uncovers a dark truth: monks are conducting cruel experiments on people with spiritual gifts, trying to forge human-katawara hybrids to battle monsters. The group grows when they rescue Shakuyaku, a girl subjected to these experiments, and others join their cause. Together, they set out on a journey to fulfill their own dreams while fighting against the injustices they uncover.
