Robin Hood's Big Adventure - S01

A retelling of Robin Hood where all the main characters are teenagers. Centuries ago in Nottingham County, the cruel and greedy Baron Alwine ordered the destruction of the Huntingtons' castle. Robin and his cousins-Will, Winifred, and Barbara-barely escaped the flames and fled to Sherwood Forest. There, under the guidance of the hermit known as "Friar Tuck," they learned to survive the harsh wilderness. But the forest was also home to a bold gang of young bandits led by Little John. When Robin and his cousins first crossed paths with them, tensions flared-especially over Marian, a noble girl the bandits had captured during an ambush. Despite their rocky start, Robin and John soon realized they shared a common enemy. Baron Alwine had forced John and his gang into hiding years earlier to escape forced labor, and now he pursued Marian for a secret carved into her family's cross. The shady Bishop Herfort, Alwine's ally, planned to adopt Marian and seize her family's wealth. As the baron's forces, led by the ruthless knight Gilbert, closed in, Robin and his friends fought back with everything they had. When Winifred and Marian were thrown into the castle dungeons, the group risked everything to rescue them. Through courage and cunning, Robin became a hero to the poor and oppressed, earning the admiration of the villagers-and the affection of Marian. Armed with his trusted magical bow, he faced danger at every turn, never backing down from a fight.
