Hinako Mukaimizu is a free-spirited college student who loves surfing and the ocean, living carefree without much thought for her future. Her life changes when a fire breaks out in her apartment building due to a fireworks accident, and she is rescued by Minato Hinageshi, a skilled and dedicated firefighter.
