Revenger - S01

After being deceived into killing his own future father-in-law, the honorable samurai Raizou Kurima is consumed by guilt. To restore his name, he vows revenge on the lord who gave him the false orders. Along the way, he meets Yuuen Usui, who claims to be a jack-of-all-trades merchant but is secretly a member of the Revengers-a group of assassins who exact brutal vengeance for the oppressed. Raizou's path grows darker as he finds himself drawn deeper into the Revengers' world. Working alongside them as a vigilante, he uncovers a tangled web of corruption linking Japan's political elite, ruthless European opportunists, and the shadowy assassins. The further he goes, the more he learns that justice is as elusive as the honor he once hoped to reclaim.
