After waking up in a hospital, Minato Kiyomizu learns he's been in a coma for 203 days. A car accident erased all his memories of middle school, including his past as a talented water polo player. Determined to pick up where he left off, he quickly realizes how far he's fallen from his former skill. Embarrassed and discouraged, he throws himself into rehab, hoping to leave water polo behind and start fresh. But on his first day at Yamanami High, Minato is confronted with reminders of his past glory-and a forgotten promise. Despite knowing he's nowhere near his old level, he ends up joining the school's water polo club. Now, alongside his new teammates, he must relearn the basics while scrambling to recruit enough players to form a proper team. As he struggles to rebuild his skills, Minato slowly rediscovers his buried talent, aiming to reclaim his place among Japan's top players.
