Promise of Wizard - S01

On her way home from school, gentle high schooler Akira Masaki finds herself pulled into a magical world. Here, those who can use magic are known as wizards, and some are selected each year to fight the Great Calamity. While the battle was once manageable, the Calamity has grown stronger, taking countless lives. Amid the turmoil, the Great Sage is meant to guide the chosen wizards in their fight-a duty that now falls to Akira. Though she longs to return home, she decides to stay and help the remaining wizards gather their scattered allies from five different lands. Akira must persuade these new comrades to join their cause and unite them against the looming threat.
