Petopeto-san - S01

After years of conflict and distrust, humans and youkai have finally begun to coexist peacefully. As part of efforts to bridge the gap between the two, human children now attend school alongside youkai-many of whom look almost human. Shingo Ohashi, an ordinary boy, starts to fall for Hatoko "Petoko" Fujimura, a half-human, half-youkai girl with some unusual abilities. She has a natural charm that enchants those around her, like a mild-mannered succubus. If anyone touches her bare skin, they become stuck to her until she falls asleep. She can also vanish completely, even at a molecular level, though she usually has control over this power.
