Two years have gone by since the disaster called the "Continent's Dropping" from the first OVA. Yumemi still remembers her power to see the world above, but now, as she nears the end of middle school, tests and everyday life consume her days. Unbeknownst to everyone, Akuto-the world above-still exists, though the war there continues. Desperate for aid, Gaz sends Munto back to Earth to search for the "Girl of Destiny," hoping to save Heaven from destruction. Once again, Yumemi must face the hidden world only she can perceive, and this time, not even her friends Ichiko and Suzune can stand by her side.
