Otaku Elf - S01

For over four hundred years, the Takamimi Shrine in Tokyo has been home to Elda, a magical elf from another world, worshipped as the local goddess. The family that summoned her during the Edo period has served her for fifteen generations. Now that Koito Koganei has turned sixteen, the duty of tending to Elda falls to her. As Elda's shrine maiden, Koito struggles to balance her school life with her new role-especially since Elda is a recluse who spends her days playing video games, collecting toys, and snacking. Koito tries to coax the lazy goddess out of her shell, splitting her time between humoring Elda's hobbies and encouraging her to engage with the world. Through these efforts, Koito begins to understand the shrine's history and why the locals adore-and spoil-their eccentric goddess.
