ONIMAI: I'm Now Your Sister! - S01
お兄ちゃんはおしまい！ , Onimai, Onii-chan is Done For
Mahiro Oyama calls himself a "home security guard," but in reality, he hasn’t stepped outside in years, holed up in his room playing raunchy visual novels. His younger sister Mihari, a genius in her own right, grows increasingly concerned about his unhealthy habits. Determined to fix his situation, she comes up with a drastic plan to pull him back into a normal life. Her solution? A drug that transforms Mahiro into an actual girl-much to his horror. Now trapped in this new body, he has no choice but to adapt to life as a cute girl, unsure if the change will ever wear off.
