One Piece - S03

The Straw Hat Pirates' journey continues as they must urgently find a doctor for Nami, who has fallen gravely ill. Their search leads them to the wintry kingdom of Drum Island, which is under the oppressive rule of the tyrannical King Wapol. In a desperate attempt to save their navigator, Luffy and Sanji scale a perilous mountain to find the island's sole remaining physician, the eccentric Dr. Kureha. At her summit home, they encounter Tony Tony Chopper, a reindeer with human intelligence granted by a Devil Fruit, who serves as her shy and reluctant assistant. By confronting Wapol and helping to liberate the island, the crew inspires Chopper to finally confront the traumas of his past. Choosing to pursue his dreams, he joins the Straw Hats as their official ship's doctor, a heartfelt and vital new addition to their pirate family.
