number24 - S01
number24 ナンバー・トゥーフォー
Natsuza Yuzuki has played rugby as a left-winger since childhood. When he enters Doushisha University, he quickly stands out as a rising star in the Kansai University League. But his dreams are crushed after a severe motorbike accident leaves him with a spinal hernia, ending his rugby career. With no other option, he takes on the role of team manager, hoping to lead his squad to a league title. His team is a mix of unlikely personalities: his quiet best friend and full-back Seiichirou Jingyouji; the hot-headed first-year Yasunari Tsuru, who resents Natsuza while filling his former position as left wing; and Yuu Mashiro, a scrum half struggling to prove himself. Though Natsuza pours everything into training the team, something still feels missing. A year ago, Ibuki Ueka-Doushisha's genius fly-half and former ace-suddenly quit rugby. Now, Natsuza is set on bringing him back.
