Ninja Slayer From Animation - S01
ニンジャスレイヤー フロムアニメイシヨン
Ninja were once merciless demi-gods who ruled Japan with their martial arts during an era of supposed peace. But some of them performed a forbidden ritual, sealing their souls at Kinkaku Temple to await resurrection. Their true history was erased, and the legacy of these warriors faded into myth. Now, in a future where cybernetics and digital networks reign supreme, the long-dormant souls of these sinister ninja awaken in the shadowy streets of Neo-Saitama. Fujikido Kenji, an ordinary salaryman, loses his wife and child in a brutal ninja conflict. After narrowly escaping death himself, he is possessed by one of these ancient ninja spirits. Reborn as Ninja Slayer, he becomes a vengeful Grim Reaper, sworn to hunt down and destroy the evil ninja who took everything from him. In the dystopian underworld of Neo-Saitama, Ninja Slayer wages a bloody war against the Soukai Syndicate’s deadly ninja warriors, fighting for justice in a world ruled by shadows.
