My Love Story!! - S01
Takeo Gouda isn’t your typical high school freshman-his towering frame and muscular build make him stand out. But beneath his tough exterior, Takeo has a kind heart, and his bravery and sense of justice earn him respect from his male classmates. When it comes to romance, though, Takeo’s appearance works against him. Girls tend to shy away from him, while his effortlessly handsome best friend, Makoto Sunakawa, unintentionally charms every girl Takeo has ever had feelings for. Everything changes when Takeo rescues Rinko Yamato from a harasser and immediately falls for her. But he worries she might only have eyes for Sunakawa. Even as his feelings for Yamato grow stronger, Takeo resolves to help her pursue his friend, quietly hoping for his own chance at love.
