Arthur Louis Zetes is rich, attractive, and accomplished, but he’s grown cynical after years of dealing with people’s selfish motives. Trusting no one, he demands the ideal solution-a robot maid. When his butler explains such technology doesn’t exist, he settles for the closest alternative. Marie Evans, a once-renowned martial arts prodigy with an emotionless demeanor, is buried in debt and jumps at the chance to play the role of a robotic maid. Though Arthur is harsh toward humans, he treats his "robot" with surprising kindness. Marie, in turn, finds herself touched by his unexpected warmth and determination.
